This website is hosted by an external service provider (hosting provider). Personal data collected on this website may be stored on the hosting provider’s servers. The hosting provider is used for contract fulfillment with our prospective and existing customers (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR / DSGVO) and in the interest of providing our online offering securely, quickly, and efficiently through a professional provider (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR / DSGVO).

Processing is based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR / DSGVO if your inquiry is related to contract performance or required for pre-contractual measures. In all other cases, processing is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR / DSGVO (legitimate interest in effectively handling inquiries addressed to us).

5. Communication via WhatsApp

WhatsApp may be used for communication. The provider is WhatsApp Ireland Limited, 4 Grand Canal Square, Grand Canal Harbour, Dublin 2, Ireland.

When communicating via WhatsApp, personal data may be transmitted to WhatsApp. Please note that WhatsApp may have access to communication metadata. For more information, please refer to WhatsApp’s privacy policy.

Please note that data processing may also take place in third countries outside the EU/EEA. Where required, appropriate safeguards apply.

For appointment scheduling, we may use Calendly. The provider is Calendly LLC (USA). When you book an appointment via Calendly, the data you enter (e.g., name, email address, requested time) is processed to handle the scheduling.

Legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR / DSGVO (pre-contractual measures / contract performance) as well as Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR / DSGVO (efficient appointment organization). Further information can be found in Calendly’s privacy policy.

Some service providers (e.g., Calendly) may process data in countries outside the European Union/EEA (in particular the United States). Where applicable, such transfers are based on an adequacy decision (e.g., the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework) and/or additional safeguards.

7. Social media links (LinkedIn, Instagram)

This website contains links to external social networks (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram). Clicking such a link will take you directly to the respective platform. We have no influence on how these providers process data. Please review the privacy notices of the respective providers.
